Eric currently works for a great organization, Operation Smile, a $50 Million Global organization, with foundations in 27 countries and growing providing medical relief in over 50 countries and growing. Since joining this dynamic and innovative group, he launched the organization's first department dedicated to delivering online services and interactive strategies. As Director of Online & Interactive, initiatives and responsibilities included:

In February 2009, Eric assumed the role of Director of Online Communities to deliver the latest strategies and technologies for internal collaboration and constituent engagement. He is currently researching the latest technologies, developing strategies and building the business case for Social Media and preparing to launch a new department dedicated to delivering this web 2.0 solution.
Business Development & Creative Services
While at Apollo Press, Inc, a regional commercial and wholesale printer based in Newport News, Virginia, Eric served as both Director of Creative Services and Director of Business Development. Working directly with innovative and creative CEO John Taylor, he launched the company's first creative services division, building a team and implementing technologies that would increase service levels and become a profit center. Eric also directed an integrated marketing campaign that built a regional wholesale market with a sales presentation package that took 1st Place in 2005 PIVA Awards, and developed the company's first website to provide data transfer and increased customer services. On the client services side, Eric management to national accounts that included Anhueser Busch, Dollar Tree, and Amerigroup.
Direct Response Marketing
As Marketing Director for Progressive Printing & Publishing Group, Eric grew a start up venture into respected competitor by generating revenue growth from $0 - $750,000 and rolled out direct response programs that maximized ROI and increased subscriber base to Pro Football Publication Association member publisher by over 150%.
